1. How do I choose the right size for my Laddu Gopal?
We provide a detailed sizing guide on our product pages. Sizes generally range from 0 to 6 based on the diameter of the poshak and the height of the idol. If you are unsure, please contact us on WhatsApp with a picture of your Thakurji next to a ruler, and we will gladly help!
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery within India usually takes 3-5 working days depending on your location. You will receive tracking details via email once your order ships.
3. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we accept prepaid orders via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) to ensure contactless and smooth deliveries.
4. Can I wash the heavy Zari-work poshaks?
Heavy work dresses should strictly be dry-cleaned or wiped with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Regular cotton poshaks can be gently hand-washed in cold water.
5. What is your return policy?
Due to the spiritual and sacred nature of our items, we only accept returns or exchanges if a product arrives damaged. In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
